Between us, we've spent years working across different industries and countries, running our own businesses and supporting organisations through growth.

What unites us is a simple belief. When businesses treat thriving as strategy rather than a perk, it unlocks the creativity, resilience and performance that make profit, purpose and impact.

Meet the team

Intogreat is led by Nicola O'Donoghue: an Oxford-trained lawyer, a Cambridge MBA, and a leadership and organisational development specialist who has spent 20+ years inside organisations like EY, LexisNexis and HSBC. She has run consultancies from Cape Town, Toronto and the UK, working with organisations from the Bank of England and BDO to PE-backed scale-ups, retailers and colleges.

Across all of it, one question kept going unanswered: companies invest millions in developing their people, but did any of it actually change anything? The Thrive 8 Index™ is the instrument she built to finally answer it.

Clients work directly with Nicola from first conversation to final report. Behind the work sits a team who provide the research and validation science behind the Thrive 8 Index™, and help with debriefs and development alongside Nicola on larger engagements.
